Lasalle Athletics (we, us, our) operates lasalleathletics.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and your rights under the EU GDPR.
Who we are and how to contact us

What we collect and why
- Shop orders (WooCommerce): your name, billing and delivery address, email, phone and order details, used to process and deliver your orders and provide support. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers.
- Contact form enquiries: your name, email, phone and message, used only to respond to you.
- Technical data: limited information your browser sends (such as your IP address) and cookies needed for the site and shopping cart to function (see our Cookie Policy).
Legal basis (GDPR Article 6)
Performance of a contract (processing your orders), our legitimate interests (responding to enquiries and keeping the site secure), and your consent (for non-essential cookies).
How long we keep your data
Only for as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law (for example order and tax records).
Who we share it with
Only with the providers that help us operate the site, namely our hosting provider and our payment processor, and only as far as needed. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for any purpose other than those stated here.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to receive a copy (portability). Email lasalleathleticsclub@gmail.com and we will respond. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Maltese data protection authority (the IDPC).
